Lisa Childers is a nursing professional with over 36 years of experience as a clinical director and quality director, specializing in both behavioral health and dementia care. Lisa graduated from the University of Iowa with a BSN and later from the University of Phoenix with an MSN/MHA.

Mrs. Childers' work experience includes two years in the surgical division at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and five years at St Joseph's Hospital. She also provided oncology care specializing in AIDS care in Atlanta, Georgia.

After working for two years in a public health clinic, she found her forever home in home healthcare, where she has stayed for the past 27 years. She has lived in Oklahoma City for the past 12 years with her husband, Steve, an Oklahoma native. Her two adult sons have also joined them in Oklahoma and live nearby.
