PTO: 15 days accrued annually.
Sick: 7 days accrued annually.
Scrubs: 2 sets of scrubs provided at time of hire and then $50 gift card/annually.
On Call Payment: $20/day-weekdays; $50/day-weekends and holidays.
11 Paid Federal Holidays; Associate will receive 8 hours Holiday plus the rates per each visit when working a Holiday.
