  • Skilled Nursing Care - RNs, LPNs, HHAide under supervision of RNs
  • Non-Skilled Home Care - Personal Care Assistant

Requires Physician’s Order:

  • Skilled Nursing Care - Yes
  • Non-Skilled Home Care - No

Medical Procedures:

  • Skilled Nursing Care - Yes (e.g., injections, wound care, IVs) by RNs, LPNs.
  • Non-Skilled Home Care - No

Chronic Disease Management:

Personal Care Support:
