Randel (Randy)Lane has been our Principle Choice Home Health Veteran Outreach Specialist since November of 2022, after being the District Service Officer for theDisabled American Veterans Organization. Randy uses his knowledge of theDepartment of Veteran’s Affairs (VA) to assist veterans and their families with filing claims for health care benefits.

He served in theNavy for 7 years. During his military career, he served as a Gas TurbineSpecialist GSM1. After the military, he earned a degree in Engineering Drafting and worked as a design draftsman for rebar and concrete.

We are very lucky to have him and his knowledge of the community. Randy says helping veterans receive care from Principle Choice and assistance through the VA is what he likes most about his job, and that it is very rewarding work. His biggest piece of advice for up-and-coming associates is to understand that a career withPrinciple Choice is very rewarding, so follow the details and directions of where the wind rose takes you. He enjoys spending time with his family and working around the house in his spare time.
