Oklahoma City, OK - Principle Choice Home Healthcare (PCH) is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the 3rd year in a row. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at PCH. This year, 96% of employees said it’s a great place To Work – 39 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

"Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience," says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Principle Choice Home Healthcare stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."

Recognizing what this achievement represents for the team, Annamary Soller-Johnson, President of PCH, shared: “At Principle Choice Home Healthcare, our employees are our greatest strength. Earning Great Place To Work-Certified™ recognition once again reinforces what we have always believed: when you invest in people, they accomplish extraordinary things. We celebrate this achievement alongside our team and thank them for their unwavering dedication to our patients, families, and one another.”

An Employee Experience Built on Trust, Pride, and Care

At Principle Choice Home Healthcare, the employee experience is shaped by more than policies or programs. It is evident in how leaders conduct business, how colleagues treat one another, and the pride team members bring to their work. This year’s survey results showed 100% agreement across several defining areas:

  • 100% say management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
  • 100% agree that the facilities contribute to a good working environment.
  • 100% believe customers would rate the service they deliver as excellent.
  • 100% are proud to tell others where they work.
  • 100% say people care about one another.

Together, these results illustrate an environment where trust, connection, and service strengthen the employee experience. PCH reinforces that foundation by promoting work-life balance and creating conditions that allow team members to protect their well-being, grow professionally, and deliver exceptional service. Ethical leadership, a positive working environment, and genuine care among colleagues help employees feel proud of where they work and confident in the difference they make.
