Cassi Bertalott, MS CCC-SLP

Cassi joined the organization in January 2024 as Director of Therapy, she has expanded her leadership role to include, Healthcare Compliance Officer to help ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while supporting organizational compliance and operational excellence.

With more than 11 years of healthcare experience, including over 2 years specifically in home health, Cassi is passionate about empowering clinicians to succeed in providing exceptional care. In her dual role, she works closely with clinical teams to strengthen processes, solve complex challenges, maintain regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement across the organization.

What Cassi enjoys most about her work is helping clinicians thrive and creating systems that enhance both the patient and healthcare teams experience. She takes pride in contributing to the growth of an organization that makes a meaningful impact in the communities it serves.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her career has been building relationships with colleagues and growing alongside a team dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. She credits the organization's supportive culture with helping her develop professionally and personally, providing opportunities to step outside her comfort zone and build confidence as a leader.

Originally from Missouri, Cassi earned her degree from The University of Tulsa. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder and Kansas City Chiefs. Looking ahead, she is excited to continue supporting clinicians, expanding access to quality care, and helping the organization reach even more individuals and families throughout the communities it serves.
