Donald joined Principle Choice Home Healthcare (PCH) in December 2024, bringing over 13 years of industry experience. As a leader in office administration and daily operations, he is committed to continuous learning and professional growth in his new role.

One of Donald’s most cherished career moments was organizing a nationally covered parade for a 107-year-old resident in Stillwater, Oklahoma - a testament to his creativity and heart for community. Originally from Georgia, he enjoys motorcycle riding, traveling, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and Ohio State football teams.

Known for his exceptional communication skills and ability to form meaningful connections, Donald is dedicated to both facility and patient satisfaction. He takes pride in mentoring team members and embracing opportunities for personal and professional development.
