Jacob Carbajal has been a valued member of the Principle Choice team since January 2018, beginning his career with the organization as an Operations Analyst before growing into his current role as a Quality Service and Marketing Specialist within Principle Choice Home Healthcare. With more than a decade of combined experience in healthcare and home healthcare, Jacob brings a unique blend of operational expertise, quality assurance knowledge, and relationship-building skills to his work every day.

In his role, Jacob is responsible for conducting quality audits while also supporting business development efforts in the field. He enjoys connecting with referral partners, sharing his personal experiences with home healthcare, and educating others about the important services  provided to patients and their families. Known for his strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful rapport, Jacob takes pride in fostering relationships that support both organizational growth and exceptional patient care.

One of Jacob’s favorite aspects of working at Principle Choice Home Healthcare is the people. He values the supportive culture and diverse team that have helped shape his professional journey. A memorable part of his experience has been witnessing nurses and therapists collaborate on patient care, seeing firsthand the compassion and dedication they bring to every case.

Jacob enjoys spending his free time making music and jamming with his band. He credits Principle Choice with helping him build a career he never expected, providing opportunities to learn from multiple departments and grow both personally and professionally. Looking ahead, Jacob hopes to continue contributing to the organization's success and is proud to have witnessed the remarkable growth over the years.
