Jenna Phillips, RN, CHPN

Jenna joined the Principle Choice Home Healthcare team in April 2024, bringing over a decade of diverse and compassionate nursing experience. Her clinical background spans care for liver transplant recipients, complex pediatric patients, and postpartum mothers, but her true calling lies in hospice and palliative care.

In 2024, Jenna earned her certification as a Hospice and Palliative Nurse, a milestone that reflects her deep commitment to supporting patients and families through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. She uses her expertise to help shape and strengthen our hospice and palliative programs, ensuring they remain patient and family-centered.

As an RN Case Manager, Jenna begins each day collaborating with her valued colleagues, then transitions into the field where she provides hands-on care, delivers essential supplies and medications, and advocates for the unique needs of each patient. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of our care team.

Outside of her professional role, Jenna finds joy in her daughters’ activities, from basketball games to choir performances, and channels her creativity through her photography business. Her entrepreneurial spirit and compassionate heart continue to inspire her work and her vision for expanding hospice services in the future.
